1. Lightly dip tapered petal tool into
tempered chocolate.
2. Use chocolate dipped petal tool to make
a tapered petal impression on the plastic
acetate squares.
3. Gently pinch together one side of the
acetate.
4. Use clips to hold pinched acetate
together until 40 petals are
accumulated. Allow to harden at room
temperature for approximately two
hours.
5. Remove chocolate petals from acetate
and attach petals with cold spray to
chocolate dome by working from the
bottom closest to the center. Continue
working around the base until the dome
is covered with petals.
6. With airbrush, completely spray flower
with yellow cocoa butter.
7. Then, on an angle, spray the petal tips
with red cocoa butter.
8. Attach to sculpture as desired.
