Gelatin Mix
Sprinkle GELAT powder over cold water in a heat proof
container. Let sit for
1 minute and then microwave for
30-seconds. Skim the foam and let set at room
temperature. Store in the refrigerator until needed.
Chocolate Décor:
Place a metallic nougatine roller in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Using a piping bag or squeeze bottle, pipe strands of tempered
white chocolate over the frozen roller. Let set for 30-seconds
and slide the chocolate decors off the roller using your fingers.
Let decors set on a sheet of silicon paper for about 1 hour
before using.
