Combine eggs and sugar
in mixing bowl with whisk
attachment.

As eggs are whipping add
vanilla.
3.
Coarse chop the milk chocolate.
Reserve.
4.
Dry ingredients ready to sift.
5.
Sift all dry ingredients.
6.
Melt Oban wafers, 64%
chocolate and butter.
7.
All ingredients ready to
combine.
8.
Fold egg mixture into melted
chocolates.
9.
Fold dry mixture into above.
10.
Add coarse chopped milk
chocolate.
